Missed Delivery
Note: On Mondays - Fridays, our friendly couriers strive to make deliveries happen between 9am - 6pm however timings may vary. So do look out for them!
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.

If you change your mind and want an exchange after placing an order, please explain the reason and pay attention to your email address. We will have relevant personnel contact you.
