Order Tracking
After your order is finished, your order information will be sent directly to our factory and warehouse, and we will deliver the goods for you after it is finished. If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.

Missed Delivery
Note: On Mondays - Fridays, our friendly couriers strive to make deliveries happen between 9am - 6pm however timings may vary. So do look out for them!
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.

Customer Care
If you change your mind and want an exchange after placing an order, please explain the reason and pay attention to your email address. We will have relevant personnel contact you. If there is no reply for more than three days, we will ship directly. The shipping fee will not be refunded for rejection after delivery.
